When you apply, a reviewer opens your channel, reads through its recent history, and confirms you're the legitimate owner. Only then does your profile go live. It's deliberate rather than instant — that's what the verified badge is worth.
What kinds of channels are not allowed?
Anything illegal, plus fraud and scams, financial cons, weapons, drugs, and explicit or adult content. If a channel breaches the policy after approval, it's removed — the standard doesn't relax once you're in.
Do you keep logs of my visitors?
